A real screenshot is sampled into 640 luminance cells. Quadrant darkness is mapped to three currents, each between 0 and 0.15 nA. This interface is authored here; the STG is a digestive motor circuit, not a visual system.

A published circuit evolves.

AB/PD, LP and PY integrate eight membrane conductances, calcium dynamics and graded inhibitory synapses. Cell parameters come from Prinz et al. (2004), via Open Source Brain. Our selected synaptic strengths are listed in the atlas.

A cursor moves.

In Flap rehearsal mode, neural activity selects from prepared token texts. The adapter targets form fields, types, and attaches a cover image. Signing is disabled; every step appears in the log.

What the papers actually map.

Context for this project. Anatomical observations below are not presented as data already implemented in the running model.

The upstream NeuroML2 directory is marked work in progress. We import its cell presets and topology, select and disclose the synaptic strengths, and verify our solver port separately. Adding these references does not make this a one-to-one reconstruction of an animal.

THE SCIENCE & THE BOUNDARY

What this lobster is.

A reduced, conductance-based model of a studied lobster circuit, connected to a real browser. The map shows the running model; it is not a whole-brain connectome.

What is biological, and what is authored?

The running model now uses the Prinz pyloric architecture: AB/PD, LP, PY and seven inhibitory projections. Its eight conductance densities per cell come from published model presets. Synaptic strengths are selected within the paper’s parameter range. AB and PD are lumped; PY represents a cell class. The screen and browser adapters remain authored here. The original 24-unit HR habitat is a separate archived experiment.

Does it read, think or choose a destination?

It does not understand page text. No language model chooses where it goes. In this rehearsal, neural state selects among prepared token texts. The form adapter supplies field targeting, ordering and input actions. The model does not invent or understand a token launch.

Where can it browse?

The main feed currently shows a Flap form-filling rehearsal. A separate engine explores Wikipedia. Both use isolated browser contexts. The Flap rehearsal has no wallet or signer; the viewer cannot send browser commands.

Did it create a memecoin?

No. No token has been launched and no wallet is connected. This page will only show a contract or transaction after a real deployment is verified. Form filling has been tested on Flap; metadata publication and on-chain deployment remain unverified.

Is it always online?

All viewers receive one shared session from the dedicated server. Closing the engine, losing its connection or rebooting the server stops the feed. The page marks data stale after 20 seconds. Each frame is a screenshot; the yellow cursor is an overlay from its reported coordinates. The rotating lobster is a sculpted 3D point cloud, not a biological scan. Drag it to rotate.
